To run the site and understand which pages are useful, we record each page view with the page address, a random session id that ends when you close the tab, the site that referred you (its domain only), and any campaign tags in the link you followed (for example utm_source). We do not store your IP address or browser details.

We set a first-party cookie (wf_vid) so return visits can be counted as the same visitor, and we load Google Analytics and the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which measure how our advertising performs. If you choose “Essential only”, none of these are set or loaded.

When you send us a form

We keep what you type (name, company, email, phone, message) with the page you sent it from and the campaign that brought you, so a broker can follow up. If you accepted cookies, we also link your earlier visits on this site to your request. For our LinkedIn advertising we may share a one-way hashed (SHA-256) form of your email, and LinkedIn’s click id if you arrived from a LinkedIn ad, so LinkedIn can report that an ad led to an enquiry. We never sell your information.
